- 1 1/2 oz Tito’s Vodka
- 1 oz Paula’s Texas Orange
- 3/4 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh peach chunks
- 1-2 oz club soda
In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle peach chunks and simple syrup. Add spirits and lime juice and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or small rocks glass garnished with a fresh picked sprig of mint. Spritz with club soda.
